The college was founded in 2001 at Chitradurga, Karnataka and managed by Sri Jagadguru Murugharajendra Vidyapeetha Trust, Chitradurga. Eligibility of Students
Applicants must have 17 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission. Students are required to have a minimum of 50 marks in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English in higher secondary examination and also NEET qualified for admission in undergraduate medical courses. The candidate has to undergo an examination conducted by the Karnataka state government and an entrance examination at the time of application.
Fess Required
The 4 years 6 months MBBS program is at an average cost around 6,32,000 per year. The fees of the college are as per the order passed by the Honorable High Court and they have to be paid through demand draft on the account of the trust. The traditional curriculum demands 9 semester (each semester being 6 months) of studies plus 1 year of rotation internship of the student in their hospital.
